Sub-processors
The third parties Clozd uses to provide the service.

Verify each entry, location, and purpose with the provider before publishing — this list must stay accurate for compliance (incl. A2P/Trust Hub).
1. Current sub-processors
These providers process data on our behalf to deliver specific parts of Clozd:
- Twilio — SMS and voice telephony (numbers, messaging, call routing/recording). [US]
- Retell AI — AI voice agent (real-time voice + LLM for AI calls). [US]
- REAPI — property data enrichment (property detail lookups). [US]
- Google Maps Platform — property imagery (Street View / Static Maps). [US]
- Postmark — transactional email (password resets, invites, notifications). [US]
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI text features (intent classification + reply generation for the SMS agent). [US] [confirm which provider(s) are in use]
- Railway — cloud hosting and managed Postgres/Redis for the application. [region TBC]
- Sentry — error monitoring and performance diagnostics. [US/EU]
- Stripe — payment processing (when billing is enabled). [US]
2. Scope of processing
Each sub-processor only receives the data needed for its function — e.g. Twilio/Retell receive phone numbers and message/call content; REAPI receives a property address; Postmark receives an email address and message body.
3. Changes to this list
We may add or replace sub-processors as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here and, where required, notified in advance so customers can object.
